This quote aptly describes the personality of Chef Abhishek Rajan. His love for food is inspired by his father who was himself a food enthusiast. From an early age, he started taking interest in culinary science.
His food philosophy:
“He never follows a recipe, he creates one.” Experimentation and innovation are always reflected in Chef Abhishek’s food. Taking risks with unusual ingredients, preparing the same dish in 100 different ways and always believing in his cooking are some of the bold qualities that make his food special.
His success factors:
From a very early stage in his career Chef Abhishek took up bulk production, which gave him a firm grip on his art. Good mentors, team bonding and transparency with clients have been his core strengths. All of these qualities have contributed to his amazing journey filled with success.
With great support from parents and sheer hard work, he made a career out of his passion. In 2002, he graduated with a Degree in Hotel Management from Bengaluru. After studies, Chef Abhishek has worked with several famous brands like Taj Hotel- Bengaluru, The Grand Bhagwati Group-Ahmedabad, Café Coffee Day-Bengaluru and so on. Finally, he commenced his company 3CS (Cooks Cruise Catering Solutions) which delivers a 1-step solution for food business.
Under 3CS, he created Sweet Raga as a special development that focused on producing Indian varieties with old touch and a new twist. The idea of Sweet Raga was perceived before 3 years, a lot of contemplation went in the thought. Chef Abhishek visited old cities of Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad to get to the foundation of our Mithais. After thorough planning which involved copious brainstorming and great efforts from the team, the first batch of Ladoos was prepared in a day.
Our vision is to provide an exclusive range of Indian delicacies that successfully amalgamates the grandeur of tradition and goodness of health in the same bite. Our recipes follow conventional methods with adherence to strict hygiene. Our focus is on giving the best of everything to the patrons.
We use high-quality materials, which maintain the purity and nutritional standard. Our unique combination of rare flavors brings a freshness to our food. Apart from that, gorgeous styling and packaging of Sweet Raga products make them appealing to the eyes also.
With a distinctive method combining finest materials, sanitary preparation and concoction of hand-picked flavors, we wish to embark on a journey of creating a novel platform for Indian sweets that puts a healthy option in the sweet palette.
